My wife's uncle gave me some grains and yeast. I was wondering if I could get some input on what to brew.

    5lbs pilsner
    1lb Munich malt
    1lb DME wheat
    Safale us-05
    Wb-06
    WL300
    1oz Hallertau

I don't have the make 5 gallons. I'm fine making 2 or 3 gallon batch. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Mash low add the DME to the boil at the end and then bump it up with a pound of sugar or honey.......you should hit 1.040 OG and use the WL300 and treat it like a tripel/hefe hybrid.

boil for 90 minutes adding the hops to the beginning of the boil.

    could be tasty
