So I have some grain left and was wondering if I could get some input on what to brew. Here's the list:

    5lbs pilsner
    1lb Munich malt
    1lb DME Wheat
    Safale US-05
    WB-06
    And a WL300
    1oz Hallertau

Any suggestions on what to do? I don't necessarily need a 5 gallon recipe. Usually I make 3 gallons at a time.

This is just my preference, but use the pils, half of the munich and wheat, the us05, 1/2 oz hallertau at 60, 1/2 at 20, to make a light, easy drinking blonde.

Depends. Do you want a blonde that will kick your butt? 6 pounds of grain at 1.035 per pound at 75% efficiency at 3 gallons would be 1.052. Not too bad, really.
