I am a pastry chef, I use a fruit compound to flavor my cakes, butter creams ect, I love this stuff....I want to add a strawberry compound to my hard lemonade when I bottle...here are the ingredients:strawberry puree, sugar, water, dextrose, 2% less of the following ingredients:citric acid, pectin, ammoniumalginate, calcium alginate, sodium benzoate, momo-and diglycerides, red#40.

I've never made hard lemonade, so I was going to bottle up half plain and add the compound to the bottling bucket for the 2nd half...
I plan on backsweetening, bottle pasturize.....

has anyone else used something like it to flavor beer ect....?
I'm kinda a newbie to brewing...so any help is appreciated.
    tx!

Here is the lemonade I'm making:
