I forgot to sanitize the tube I used to steal some beer from my primary fermentor to check the gravity. What r my chances of contaminating my beer?

Anywhere from unlikely to likely :D

How clean do you keep your thief? Where do you store it? Does it spend it's time in a case? When was the last time you used it? How clean do you really think it is? These are the questions I'd ask myself and then guess how likely I think I am to have my beer get contaminated. Certainly not worth worrying about. It either is or it isn't, and there's only one way to find out ;).

To ease your mind, I've heard of worse happening and the beer still turned out fine.

I agree with stpug. You will just have to run with it and hope for the best. What was your gravity reading from the sample? As long as a moderate level of alcohol is present, it will help to prevent any infection. Good luck.

OG was 1.060 and it measures 1.030 when I stole some.

You are right under 4% ABV, which should provide some protection against an infection. My guess is you will be okay. Let us know how it turns out. Cheers!
