Last night I did a light beer using Wyeast 2565, and I plan to lager it in my kegerator. I have a temperature controller called STC-1000 - does anyone know how to program it?

The box it is attached to has two outlets on each side, one side says HOT the other side says BYPASS/COOL.

    Any help would be appreciated.

I assume you bought a homemade prewired stc1000? basically you want to plug your kegerator into the cool plug and then verify you settings are still set to cooling on the stc1000. there are other settings too that someone may have changed from default if it used that you will want to confirm with the directions here... http://www.tradeger.co.za/pdf/stc1000_operating_manual.pdf if the time delays and such have been changed and decreased too much you can actually damage the compressor on your kegerator.

if you cant figure it out even with the directions there are lots of videos on youtube like this.. [ame]https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TQjicdtDVrQ[/ame]
