I've seen most spray balls list their operating pressure, but they don't give a minimum flow requirement. Anyone know how many GPH I need at 40-60 PSI?

I see people using spray balls with their chugger pumps and aquarium pumps... If you have these you will just fine.

I, along with a lot of other people, use this spray nozzle from Mcmaster Carr http://www.mcmaster.com/#71445t84/=wrgmw7. It has both a pressure and flow rate specified.

I use it with a 1/3 HP submersible pump for keg and carboy cleaning and it works great, the pump is actually overpowered. I also use it as a CIP nozzle for my MT and boil kettle mounted through one of the lids, it works OK with one March pump and good with two running in series.

Your link just gives me the Norther Tool main page. This pump from Amazon is what I am using for carboys/kegs and it works very well. http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B000X07GQS/?tag=skimlinks_replacement-20
