Ahhh so this is what has been keeping you guys so busy! One random question after watching the video. The timer is set in seconds. Does it have the ability to measure in minutes and seconds? I could see that being a potential pain in the rear if you always have to multiply your times by 60. Other than that it looks like you all thought of everything on this one. I think the price is fair as well, when you consider all the costs associated with a full brewing system that has no extra hoses being put everywhere. Big props to having added the bleeder valves in the pump. That was really smart.

This looks awesome but one question.... Is there not an option for TC connections? Such a nice system with a LOT of threads and quick disconnects does not look fun to clean.

The timer can be used in the min:sec function. We've seen so many people piece together systems or buy a kettle only to send it back in for additional welding. This truly is a buy once, cry once solution where you will save money in the end if you can handle the big upfront cost. The air bleed was such a nice feature. That was one of the last things we added and it's amazing.

TC's are just not needed on the hot side of brewing. A lot of people get them and they are blingy but the functionality isn't there. Attaching a HERMS coil with TCs would be a nightmare. Pumps, quick connect fittings, etc are not designed for TCs. The system is actually a breeze to clean, simply use the hot water from the HLT, add some brewery wash and recirc throughout the whole system. There is no need to take apart the fittings. We talk about this at the end of the assembly and use video.
