I bought a cheap jarhill pot and made an electric kettle out of it. It worked great for the first year or so and I put a lot of batches through it. Now it has a small pinhole leak. I have other kettles for my 220 electric build but they arent converted yet.

If I use my silver solder kit do you think I could solder this pinhole shut and it will work long enough for me to brew a couple more batches?

I would say the hole size is about 1/2 mm. Wall thickness of kettle is something like 1mm
