I just got done with two more brews, an oatmeal stout and an oktoberfest, but I cracked open a bottle of our last brew and it reminded me why I'm still brewing.

Cooking up a double barrel brown right now. I have been adding the priming sugar to boil for a bit of alcohol kick since I only keg. So far great results.

I just brewed Denny's Rye IPA after not getting to brew last weekend. Ended up with a bit less in the fermenter than I hoped for but I guess I did not realize just how much evaporation there would be. I still came away spot on for the OG. Next time I brew I hope I will have my valve installed and the bazooka screen so I can try whole leaf hops.

Brewed up a Wheat today, with a late Coriander addition plus some local honey, I also have some Orange Zest getting infused with some MT made Vodka that i'll add when its ready to be kegged. With a little luck she will be gurgling tomorrow morning and I'll be sniffing an airlock!

I got on a roll with several DOH!! moments that left me pitching 15g of re-hydrated cooper's ale yeast (5/30/13,really fresh) on 16C (55.4F) wort at 3:10pm.
It was 8:54 before the yeast I'd swirled up at 15C got to the low end of 16C (60.8F) & pegged the center piece against the cap on the airlock. At least it's finally making some co2...

I brewed that same kit back in early October (bottled Dec 10). I should get around to trying one here soon. Maybe I'll pop one in the fridge for a couple of weeks. Let me know how yours turns out.

Doing an IIPA this weekend, got starter going last night. Using a bunch of left over supplies from last year since I have a lot of new equipment to try out on this brew, might as well make the whole thing experimental. Getting it dialed in for some serious brewing next month. Refilling the pipeline baby!
