I'm looking at this small freezer and I wonder if the shelves are actually cooling lines. If so, how difficult do you think it would be to bend them out of the way and make this into a fermentation chamber?

I'm torn between using something small and saving space, or using something bigger and being able to ferment more than 1 batch at a time...

Are they made of metal and get really cold when you turn it on?

To bend them, you need to heat them so they become pliable, and go REALLY slow so that they don't kink. If you mess up here, you're screwed.

Well, I don't have it. I'm looking at the picture and wondering if I should consider buying it or not. I thought maybe someone might have seen this type before, and I thought maybe someone would have a trick to bending the tubes if necessary. From what I hear it's easy to kink them cause a leak.
