    My first brew, Belgian Golden Ale, was ready for a taste yesterday. I cracked open a bottle to a very gratifying hiss. Poured a beautiful golden color and had a nice head w/ great lacing. Tasted absolutely fantastic! Thank you to all who helped me along along the way!

    Awesome! So glad that it turned out great for you.

    I'm bottling my Yorkshire brown today - hopefully, mine will turn out similarly well.
