I'm not a big fan of heights either but oddly enough it didn't bother me walking out on the glass.
Here's one I took straight down.

    Ok now I am dizzy.

You know bomber I was born in Ukiah, I know something about the place and you can not compare NoCali with Chicago. Not much to do in Ukiah, cept smoke. Come to Chicago, I will show you around, and then complain if you want, but dont start thowing bombs around like you know something about it. Its not good for the forum

I don't think that's what this thread is about at all. I don't expect any responses from others about whether my wife is great or not. I already know she is. Why don't you stick to the threads you "get" if you don't get this one.

This is a community, and as we get to know each other better it's nice to get a better picture of the people we interact with on the forum, and our wives are a big part of who we are, and many of us are proud of our ladies. There's nothing wrong with that at all.
You know what, I'm just going to stick with this.

you see a picture, so you know who they are. i have nothing to be ashamed of with mine; her aunt is phyllis george, miss america 1971. i just don't understand how seeing a picture can let others know what our wives/ladies are all about

You're a weird cat. You accuse us of trying to prove something by posting our wives pictures, and yet here you are saying something about what? Your wife's aunt was who? How does that stop her from looking like a toadstool? And even if she does, who cares? Nobody but me needs to know what my wife is all about.

Well bottle. Good thing the verbal dislexia didnt kid in. I really do not want to see ladies members... Hmm... maybe that was going a little far.

Relax all. From the looks of things our fellow HBTers seem to be marrying up. And who does not like to live vicariously through others?

    They don't...
We just like to admire them. :)
It's not porn, nor is it a contest; Can't we admire a woman without being guilty of some transgression?
    Regards, GF.

The point of this thread isn't to pass judgment. Members often bring their spouses into the conversation on both the beer related and other forums here on HBT. There are people here that I have never met, but consider as friends on a certain level. This thread is a way to get to know these imaginary friends a little better.

I always understand and sympathize when someone feels protective of their wife/girlfriend and women in general. With that said, lighten up. Yes, CreamyGoodness just told you to lighten up. Look at your life, look at your choices.

Perverts all of you who post in this thread.....Wait a minute now I have been reading and enjoying the thread :D

For me I enjoy comparing the posts of people with the photos. Not so much if they are young or pretty or old like me but where the photo was taken and the context it was taken in. Kind of gives me a insight to the type of person and a ability to understand them a little bit better

Maybe that's the real reason that Chicago is "The Windy City"?

Chicago is nicknamed the windy city b/c of our politics, though the fact that downtown is often windy thanks to Lake Michigan provides the perfect alibi. :D

EDIT: Oh, and as stated above, bottle is just jealous b/c he lives in CA where EVERYTHING gives you cancer.

It's so windy in Chicago because even the air doesn't want to hang around town long.
