    Hi folks,

I just got my Bavarian Hefe kit from NB (omg can't wait for homemade Franziskaner) but the kit arrived on a day when it was over 100 degrees here in TX.

The yeast was packed with a tiny ice pack but i'm sure that melted hours before i got home from work.

Should i be concerned? It was a Wyeast packet (3068 maybe?)

    Thanks!

I have been getting mine from Austin delivered to Mississippi and it have been 95+ for the past few weeks. Both my Wyeast and my White labs kicked over nicely. Just got my starter going a bit earlier than I normally would to be sure.

Shipping from Austin Homebrew Supply is one day to Keller, TX. You could order the yeast from AHS when you order kits from Northern Brewer. Just a suggestion.
