I've got a giant Willamette crown I don't need. Someone on here has spoken for it but he is in Oregon. Can I ship it into Oregon??

Sure you can, I just hope you don't get caught. They really don't want plant material from out of state, especially hops. If you send them a problem (pest), you may put an additional strain on their hop industry. It can happen.

Well I don't really want to risk it too bad. I understand why just didn't know if it applied to individuals too

I'd pass on shipping it and just see if someone in ABL wants it.

I just had a couple of rhizomes shipped to Canada by a retailer... no issues.
