I'm just curious. What is everyone's strategy for mash temps on Session IPA's? I've always mashed at 150-152. Curious if I'm in the norm or if I should adjust higher or lower. Anyone care to share their strategy?

    Cheers!

I mash the same, I just lower my grain bill to hit the OG I want. I still want my session ipa to be on the dry side

I mash high at around 158. The reason is that I need to make up for the lack of body in low abv beers with a high hopping rate. Otherwise you end up with a beer that is like " hop tea". Of course this is also highly dependent on your grain bill.
