BTW, thank you all for helping me with my brew, I found 99% of my questions answered through various threads and searches.

Question, what is the best way to save left over beer? Sometimes but not always I can't finish an entire bottle. what is the best way to save the rest? I use glass bottle, should I be using plastic bottles or switching to using grolsch bottles?

You could bottle into growlers. Keep one in the fridge, drink it at your own pace. As long as you polish it off within a few days of opening you should be good I'd think.

Ideally, you'd purge with CO2 and re-cap, but just re-capping will help.
