Got a Vinator and cleaned it when I got it, now two weeks later I used it to sanitize my bottles using Starsan. After finishing the batch I cleaned the Vinator and I see that the little steel ball completely rusted.

Any body else have this problem?

I take mine apart after every use, but I can see it being a problem. Try using a green scrubbie to get as much rust off as possible. Then, always disassemble it after use and dry. You shouldn't have further problems.

Sorry to ask, but I see you are from Oahu. I'm getting married in October and was tenatively planning a trip to Hanalei Bay in Kauai for the honeymoon. Would you possibly have any suggestions/advice for a trip?

Contacted the Ferrari Group and they had a batch go out with steel instead of stainless steel balls. They are sending me a set of replacement balls, stainless this time.

I had the same problem. That is exactly what I did. They shipped me 4 SS ball bearings all the way from Panama:rockin:
