I have been given a load of rhubarb and strawberrys to use in a beer and would appreciate peoples thoughts on whether the following is a good base beer. I have aimed to make it as sweet as possible to offset the tartness of the rhubarb. I am thinking I will secondary it over the rhubarb and strawberrys after freezing the fruit and flash boiling them.

    5.50lb - Maris Otter
    0.57lb - Crystal 120L
    0.71oz - East Kent Goldings 60 min
    Nottingham Yeast
    1.9lb - Rhubarb
    1.3lb - Strawberry

    Batch Size: 3 gal
    Boil: 60 min

Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated. :mug:
