    Hi all
Can anyone advise on comercial beers that are bottle conditioned? I am hoping to reculture yeast from a few of these for pale ales and pilsners in particular. I know of Sierra Nevada pale ale and a few of the belgian ales but I am not sure which have used different yeast strains to bottle condition as that used in fermentation. I would like to find an english pale ale to reculture from.
    Thanks, DK

Rogue is a good and pretty common source for yeast. They are the brewery that the Pacman strain is from, and they list this on the side of the bottle.
