    Hey Gang,

I have just added the weldless spout kit and thermometer from B3 to my European sankey keg, and they work fabulous! However, the nearest LHBS store only carries hop pellets, and it sounds like they will gum up a standard false bottom.

So, does anyone have any recommendations, diy or otherwise, on how to finish off my keggle, and prevent the hop residue from entering the ball valve? I currently use an immersion chiller, so hot and cold break will also be a factor.

    Cheers,

    Rhino
