Should I take my carboy out of the fridge tonight before I go to bed, let it sit on counter top overnight and bottle in the morning or does it not matter the temperature?

I'm going to siphon into the bottle bucket tomorrow.

You can move the carboy 15 minutes before you bottle - just make sure you record the proper temperature of the beer when you determine how much priming sugar to add. The temperature affects the amount of dissolved CO2 so most calculators have a field to specify the temperature.

Doesn't really matter on the temperature...I have done many brews where I took it out of the lagering chamber and straight to bottling...3 weeks later...boom! carbonated and ready to drink...

The temperature you measure should be the one that is the highest temperature you recorded during fermentation...not the temperature out of the cold crash...

    Exactly.

Also, rack, prime and bottle it cold straight out of the cold crash. If you let it sit out and warm up, you will have undone much of the benefit of cold crashing.

It will bottle carb just fine. I cold crash darn near every batch 5-7 days at 35-36*F and the only thing I do differently for bottle batches is to give the beer a VERY gentle stir with a sanitized spoon so as to evenly distribute the priming sugar.
