It's about time for me to bottle my beer, and i plan to prime it in the bottles.

After putting the sugar in, at what temp should i store the bottles? Ive read different things about this, some people tell you to keep them in the fridge for about 6 days. Some tell you to keep it at 70 farenheit.

Im sorry if this is asked a lot, i did a search but could not find any straight-forward answer.

Don't fridge, keep the bottles at 70 plus for at least 2 weeks, beers over 1.070 may take longer though.

Once fully carbonated you can cellar them or fridge them. Cheers!

I prefer my beers to be lightly carbonated, so I use minimum priming sugar, 0.75 oz per gallon. My beers do take a little longer to carbonate, usually around three weeks. I have come to prefer less carbonation, as I believe lees fizz = more flavor. I will carbonate Milds and ESB's a little more to increase mouth feel.
