Attached are images... for fear of allowing oxygen to enter and mess things up, I have left the blow-off in place. I can't tell if this is just dry-hopping residue (I use pellets) or if its an actual infection. The spots have remained fairly stable in size from what I can tell. Furthermore, clarity of the beer itself is great (although the image may not seem like it). No funky smells. Look like infection?

Looks like hop pellet gunk to me. Keep an eye on it but I wouldn't worry much.

Got 3lbs each of plums and nectarines. Also some elderflower!

When I get the kinks worked out and the recipe tasting good, I'm happy to share the wealth!

It doesn't look like an infection. Just a bunch of stuff left over from after the krausen tsunami.

Also, how did you prep the fruit? We're they from your boil? Store bought?

Store bought from my (not that I care) organic store (Central Market for you Texas folks). Didn't want to lose the flavor, so I soaked them in StarSan prior to throwing them in the secondary. Its ~7% so I wasn't too worried about wild yeasts taking over.

I was trying to figure out what you thought was the infection, so I guess it isn't.
