    i found this on craigslist and i have never seen one before but the first thing that popped into my head is maybe i can use this for lagering.

    has anyone ever seen these or know how they work?
    would a 6 gallon carboy fit in one?

    You can use anything that fits your carboy. All you need is a temp controller.
