Poll: still or sparkling?

I'm sure this has been asked a million times, but I was wondering what the real consensus was?

 

I think the answer would really depend on the style and flavoring.

I like most of my meads still except for the ginger one because it reminds me of a champagne-like ginger ale.

 

I suppose I was thinking of 'classic' mead. I suppose it'd be obvious that early mead would have been still, I'm just not sure what people seem to prefer these days.

 

honestly, either. depends on the style, ABV, etc.

 

Given your circumstance...I really wanted to vote for Ralph Nader....Uh...I mean....You should do half that batch still....bottle the rest with some priming sugar in beer bottles.

I think that like Apfelwein...you will love it both ways.
