Just an FYI. I Have been using a Polar Ware 30qt SS pot for fermentation. When I decided to start using it I realized I had already cut a notch in the lid for my immersion chiller that I use in my keggle. While j was searching for a solution, I found that the lid from my 6.5 gallon wide mouth bottling bucket fit it perfectly. View attachment ImageUploadedByHome Brew1446261238.652906.jpg

What a great idea, one could brew, aerate, pitch yeast and ferment all in one vessel :)

For small batches that works. I have done it. But for full volume BIAB 5 gallon batches the pot is a little small. It does work nice for "slow chill" when I feel like it though.
