That tank referenced by the OP includes a stand, which looks like it is about the same as when you buy a tank+stand @ www.tank-depot.com ($57.99 for tank + $60 for stand).

Either way, a plastic conical is a quite a bit cheaper than a stainless conical from www.toldeometalspinning.com .

THere's a few threads on here about the various plastic conicals, including IIRC a pretty detailed DIY of turning one of those US plastics ones into a good fermenter.

Start with the similar threads below, and then do a search in the DIY or Equipment forums for the rest.

I've heard the norwesco ones are better than the US plastic ones cause they have a 1 piece lid and seal significantly better...

I just got my 35g from watertanks.com. It was $88 shipped and took about 4 days. They told me 3-4 weeks so I am happy. I know that the threads for the top is not a bolted down piece like a lot of the others so all you have to do is buy a pipe flange gasket and get a rubber stopper for the blow off tube. It is not a full drain, but it only leaves a few ounces in there. Also, it is not a 61 degree, it is 45.
