Pitching yeast

    I brewed a batch of brown ale on Saturday. I made a starter from the wort. I didn't pitch the yeast until two days later. Was my wort ok to sit at room temp inside a fermenter for two days

    As long as all the equipment was well sanitized, you should be fine. Two days though, the chance of bugs getting in the wort is much greater, not optimal.
