I'm brewing this extract kit today
    http://www.northernbrewer.com/brewi...d-edition-extract-kit-w-specialty-grains.html

But I'm wondering how to describe this to people once it's done. The description says it's "like a Belgian Dubbel but without the deep dark chocolate maltiness"

Is it enough like a Dubbel that I can just call it a Dubbel? Or is there something else it's comparable to?

I have a hard enough time explaining Saisons and stuff to my non-beer geek friends but I'm not familiar enough with this style to know what else to compare it to. Is it even a known style or maybe just a creation of someone at NB?

    SPECIALTY GRAIN

-- 1 lb Soft Brown Candi Sugar late addition (0 min)
    HOPS & FLAVORINGS

    YEAST

    75-78%. Flocculation: High. Optimum temp: 65–80° F.
