PBW Ratios

    How much PBW do you use?
    How many gallons?
    How often do you use it?

    I made the mistake of doing a thorough cleaning of my fermenting bucket with dish soap and bleach. Emailed the fine folks at Five Star and one of their chemist said that since used bleach once that a thorough cleaning with PBW and then Star San I should be OK.

    Yeah, I'd soak it good and rinse. A few times. If you smell bleach, that's a beach.
