Yes I used it on a peanut butter stout and won first place at a local homebrew competition. I used PB2 in secondary and then used real peanut butter in the boil.

My son found that powdered peanut butter stuff @ Walmart last friday. 85% fat free, so it should do well, but not cheap at like $4.68 per bottle. It's as tall as a regular peanut butter jar, but about half the diameter.

Your thread made me wonder what my Whiskely stout would taste like with a bit of that stuff in it? Oaked bourbon & PB?

Know that 1 bottle would likely do it for 5 gallons.

I have it but have not used it. I have had a beer with it and loved it.

BEAVR is my local club. The best use of it I've had was when it was added directly to the keg using one of those stainless keg hoppers like this.

I was just sitting here trying to remember how much other members used & when? It does seem to me that adding it in secondary might give better flavor? Kinda like in my Bavarian hefe with watermelon I did last summer. I added the strained juice at flame out. But think the flavor would've been better in secondary? I think it'd hold true here as well?...

I think so, or at flame out.
