I have a partial grain recipe that I'd like to switch over to all grain, and I wanted to get some input on my recipe. The relevant portion (I don't have my notebook with me at the moment) of the recipe is:

    3 lbs light DME
    3 lbs amber DME
    1 lb vienna malt
    various specialty malts

My first thought at conversion would be:

    5 lbs 2 row
    6 lbs vienna malt

Though this might be a little heavy on the vienna. Would 8/3 be better? other thoughts?
