I am planning on brewing this hefeweizen: http://www.thepourreport.com/spazzy-man-wheat-recipe/

The recipe calls for pale wheat malt, but my LHBS doesn't carry pale wheat. They have white wheat malt and red wheat malt. Will either of these work as a substitute?
