In my opinion....You can't go wrong with any combo of the "C" hops. However, Citra I only use in small doses. For me, a little bit goes a long way.

Id go with cascade citra and save the chinook just for dry hopping. For me, chinook is too rough and aggressive if you extensively use it in the boil

Thanks for the replys. I have never used Citra so not sure what to expect. I was doing a 8.5 gallon batch and planning on this. To much citra in your opinion Hammy?

    Magnum 13.5% 0.750 oz Boil 60.000 min
    Cascade 6.0% 0.500 oz Boil 20.000 min
    Citra 12.0% 0.500 oz Boil 20.000 min
    Cascade 6.0% 1.000 oz Boil 5.000 min
    Citra 12.0% 1.000 oz Boil 5.000 min
Cascade 6.0% 1.000 oz Boil dry hop
Citra 12.0% 1.000 oz Boil dry hop

Agreed, this comes down to personal preference. And personally I love the cascade/chinook combo. I like citra too but I also have a limit with it compared to the other C hops. That being said, I don't think you're over the top with that recipe and should be able to get a good idea what it's like.
