Paid for Promash but never heard anything from them...

Last Sunday I placed an order for Promash online, and when I placed the order it something along the lines that said I should receive an email with a link to download the program 24 hours after the 1st business after placing the order.

It's now been a week and I haven't heard anything. I went on the website on Thursday and sent an email to the address they had listed for order inquiries and haven't heard anything from that either. They got their money though, the transaction posted to my bank account early last week.

Has anyone had similar issues?

 

Mine went through without any problems. Perhaps you mis-typed your email address.

did this ever get resolved just order promash and playing the wait game also. No way of contacting them because email and phone number don't work.
