    Been looking into expanding my production lately... what do you know, went for a run and saw two 5 gallon glass carboys a neighbor was tossing out ...

    Who say's there's no such thing as a free lunch??? Time to step up to 12 gallon batches!! :rockin:

    He must have read how damgerous they are to use. Wish I had a neighbor like that.

    Hi Dad used to make wine with em - they we're definitely sitting for years, they had layers of dust on them... nothing that a little cleaning and star-san can't fix

    That's weird, I had set 2 5 gallon carboys out in my yard while cleaning and someone came buy and took them
