LHBS or almost any of the bigger online vendors. There's plenty of places to pick from.

LHBS doesn't carry it and i have been searching online. All i can find is the US version of the 2 row. Thats why i asked or I even might be looking for the wrong thing.

I have been looking for Pale Malt 2-row UK is it called anything else?

There's more. When in doubt contact the seller to find out.

It's just called Pale malt or Pale Ale malt. Maris Otter, Golden Promise, Pearl, Halcyon, Optic, etc. are specific cultivars of pale malt; "generic" pale malt is likely a blend of multiple cultivars.
