Need helping building water profile with RO water

    I am moving from tap water to RO water and need help on what water additions to add to the water for a basic blonde or cream ale recipe? Thanks!

    +1 to starting with the Water Primer mentioned above. When you are comfortable with that level of effort, you might consider venturing into more advanced concepts as presented on Bru'n Water's Water Knowledge web site.
