Today I picked up a few things from the LHBS.

    20 lb 2 row
    5 lb Marris Otter
    3 lb Crystal 20L
    3 lb Munich
    3 oz Cascade
    3 oz Amarillo
    3 oz Columbus
    2 pk Safale US-05

I kind of winged it while I was there. Didn't really have too much to go on.

What I had originally thought about making a nice APA, but this looks like it could make a really nice IPA. Thoughts?

Forgot to mention that this is for 10 gallons.

Depending on your efficiency and hop schedule, you might be looking at a nice IIPA, LOL!!!

Great hops to use for this...I'd go with 20# pale plus 1-1.5# crystal, save the munich and MO for something else...but that's if you're around 80% efficiency like me.

As far as the hops, solid bittering from Columbus on the front 1.5-2 oz @ 60 then add the rest toward the end (<15min), huge flameout addition, and/or dry hopping...mmmm:rockin:
