Just searching for some keywords. Since you said it was in the US, it clearly looks like the eastern side of the Rockies and I guessed at Colorado. Also guessed that it was some sort of commercial conference centre/ranch etc given the swimming pool and the yurt. There aren't a lot of ranches out there with swimming pools and yurts...
