    someone else guessed Havana, but the DR also makes cigars

    so I'll guess Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic

    It's Brasstown Blad. Just the other side of Unicoi. The Six Gap Century bike ride goes past the road that leads up to it off of Jacks Gap. It has been a finishing mountain stage for The Tour of Georgia. It is also the highest point in Georgia.

    I enjoy playing along, but would like defer to the next person who wants to post a skyline.
