My first two stove top AGs, question

    Is this what's always called hot/cold break? I didn't filter or siphon, just dumped (used my grain bag for a hop bag though). There's about 4 inches of it, I hope it compacts out more.

    Made the Arrogant Bastard clone in the recipe section (I made a royal mess of it though and ended up with about 5.5 gallons (after spilling...hard to pour a 6 gallon pot into a funnel plus 5 gallons was my intent) of 1.071 OG (vs .084) and 65-70 IBUs (vs 81) due to a bad conversion into split batches + bad water measurement (too much) since it was my first time)

    it'd be both hot break and cold break formed from rapid chilling post boil, along with hop trub.
