It's an APA, OG at 1.052 and 5.5 gallons

    8.5 lbs 2-row pale malt
    1 lb 40L caramel
    .5 lb CaraPils
    .5 lb pale wheat
    .2 lb biscuit

    Cascade hops(7% AA)
    .75 oz at 60 min
    .75 oz at 20 min
    .75 oz at 10 min
    1 oz at 2 min
    1 oz at flameout

WLP001, White labs California Ale yeast.

    Any thoughts?

Not enough enough biscuit to make a difference in taste IMO, especially behind all the hops. You are going to get some ridiculous head retention with 1/2# each of carapils and wheat. I'm also not a big fan of the 20 min addition, I don't feel it does much for flavour/aroma and isn't in there quite long enough to contribute to bitterness. Maybe do a 10/5/0 addition.

Other than that, it should be a pretty straight forward pale ale.

i agree w/ gremlyn about the 20 min addition, but i'd throw that .75oz in the secondary for dry hopping.
