My first brew

    Bottled my first batch yesterday and dubbed it "Crackalackin' Caramel Cream Ale " in honor of the sliding glass door I broke when brewing it. Didn't have much issue while using the crimping capper.

    Sweet label for a first brew! I assume you sampled some while bottling? How did it taste?

    Yep, tasted a sample of the little that was left that didn't fill a bottle. Kind of sweet but I really get the caramel flavor come through. My girlfriend loved it so that's a plus lol.
