    Here's my 1st mead I made. I can't believe how much the flavor has mellowed out and improved.
    I got 4 bottles left, gonna crack another in another year

    You'll be amazed how much it changes over the years. I've had some at five years and wished I'd kept more of it.

    I've had a few JAOM's go three years. One at about 5 years was like Grand Marnier orange brandy.
