this is my second batch first was a belgian wit and this one is a milk stout. So fermenting is a little different this time around. It was going great for two days then started to slow down my reading is 1.022 right now and its my 6th day my OG was 1.056. Im getting alot more trub build up and am starting to get concerend because i know it could create a lot of off flavors. Im also waiting for the right time to transfer to secondary

It will not matter, unless you are planning on having it spend months in a fermentor. When I started brewing, I was really concerned about having my beer sit on the trub for 2 weeks because of the so called "off flavors"
Now I have been hearing that it takes months to develops these off flavors.
