Mmm...Schlafly Summer Lager

Business trip in St. Louis equals Schlafly at Tigin Irish Pub. Damn good beer.

 

It is unfortunate that you were only able to be here in STL for a short time. I live in the area and get to enjoy it all the time. MMMmmm is right!

 

I actually come a couple times per year (from Nashville) to watch the Cards but until I got into homebrew I never paid any attention to Schlafly. All I can say is "wow.". Tried the Pale Ale, too, but the summer lager is special.

 

Schlafly makes some very good beer. Their Kolsch took gold at this year's World Beer Cup.

 

I too like the summer lager. And i hear they are going to start canning it!!
