Mirror pond PA clone using cooper can

    I'm thinking about making a PA using coopers any ideas or tips welcome
    Normally more of a lager drinker here

    I would check their website to get what info you can https://www.deschutesbrewery.com/beer/mirror-pond-pale-ale/

    you can reverse engineer it based on the hops and IBU and ABV in Beersmith or Brewer's Friend, it has crystal malts and Carapils- I would swap out to Carafoam to make it easier to steep, you may have to play around with the crystal malts to get the SRM.

    I reversed engineered a Pyramid Brewery beer that was a limited release and would say mine was 95% there, which was good for me. :mug:
