My brother would like to brew a Maple Strawberry Porter. Together we've brewed 7 or 8 batches of extract and PM. I'm ordering the ingredients for my first 2 AG batches, a Belgian Tipel and an IPA. I will use a modified version of DeathBrewer's http://www.homebrewtalk.com/f39/easy-stovetop-all-grain-brewing-pics-90132/ for these two beers and we could do the Maple Strawberry Porter either AG or PM.

I would appreciate any incite on how to design this recipe. Thanks

Personally, this isn't a beer that I'd brew. Strawberry is a subtle flavor that I don't think will hold up well at all to a dark beer like a porter. For a porter, use a strong, robust flavored fruit like cherries or raspberries. I think strawberries will be lost on this beer. I think strawberries would be great with a pale lager or a wheat beer, but will be wasted on a maple porter.
