    Check out these shots of my first brewed batch ever.


    Don't you just love the color of this mix?

    Yellow Dog Ale is in my primary fermenter right now. I'm experimenting with ice to lower the temp of my wort. I have a hard time keeping it below 80 but the ice filled about 3 inches of a 5 gal bucket and I placed my primary ferm bucket on top of it and put a towel beneath them. The yeast is active and increasing in activity.

    Looks superb!
    Is this pic showing the beginning of the fermentation or at the end?

    Both pictures were taken at the end of fermentation right before bottling.

    That's because this is the secondary fermenter. I transfered right after it was still. Didn't do that great of a job keeping the troupe out of my siphon hose but it's better than nothing.

    I was drinking a Sapporo at the time of bottling. Yes...it was quite fizzy. I actually made a gif of it fizzing away. [​IMG]
